  4. THE SOFTWARE.  THIS DOCUMENT PROVIDES IMPORTANT 
  5. INFORMATION CONCERNING THE SOFTWARE, PROVIDES YOU WITH 
  6. A LICENSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND CONTAINS WARRANTY AND 
  7. LIABILITY INFORMATION.  BY FIRST USING THE SOFTWARE, 
  8. YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE SOFTWARE AND AGREEING TO BECOME 
  9. BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.  IF YOU DO NOT 
  10. WISH TO DO SO, DO NOT USE THE SOFTWARE.

  14. The current software and materials are supplied on an 'AS IS' basis.  
  15. Actipro Software LLC accepts no responsibility for any losses immediate 
  16. or consequential resulting from the use of, or the inability to use 
  17. the current software or materials.  You are urged to use normal 
  18. computer security back up procedures and caution when testing and 
  19. using the software.

  21. The user is granted a license to use this program 30 times, after 
  22. which the license expires and registration is required for further 
  23. usage.

  25. No user may modify this program in any way, without the express 
  26. written permission of Actipro Software LLC, including, but not limited 
  27. to, decompiling, disassembling, debugging or otherwise reverse-
  28. engineering the program.

  32. Actipro Software LLC makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, 
  33. as to the suitability of this program for a particular purpose and 
  34. shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of productivity, 
  35. loss of profits or savings or any other incidental or consequential 
  36. damages, whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising from any 
  37. failure of the product to operate in any manor desired by the user 
  38. for which it was not intended or as a result it was intended.  
  39. Actipro Software LLC shall not be liable for any damage to data or 
  40. property, which may be caused directly or indirectly by use of the 
  41. program.

  43. Actipro Software LLC shall not be expected to provide automatic or other 
  44. notification or provision of upgrades, fixes, modifications etc. to 
  45. non-licensed users.

  47. Actipro Software LLC shall support licensed users by providing bug fixes, 
  48. enhancements, upgrades and future developments at a reasonable 
  49. charge and in a timely manor.
